When will I receive my delivery?

Our products are custom printed on demand, spending 1-4 business days in production depending on the product type before shipping. Most orders will arrive 5-10 days from the time of your purchase. Occasionally, there will be outliers—but sit tight, your Mad Coastal specialty order will arrive before you know it, and everything whale be alright.

What is your return policy?

Please note that all of our products are unique and produced only once ordered; therefore, we only can accept returns for Damaged or Defective items. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To request a return, you can contact us at help@madcoastal.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@madcoastal.com.

What are the shipping options?

We offer $5 shipping rate on all orders, regardless of the package size/weight! At this time we are not able to expedite shipping on orders. Stay tuned as this may change in the future! 

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we are not offering shipping to countries other than the United States. Please subscribe to our email list if you would like to stay in the loop for when we expand to other markets!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time we do not offer gift wrapping, so if mailing a gift directly, be sure to let your recipient know to be on the lookout for a package from Mad Coastal! 

When will I see my Shoreline town?

More Connecticut Shoreline town products are being added every day! If you’re looking for products for Clinton, Westbrook, Old Saybrook or Branford, make sure to sign up to receive our newsletter for announcements including new towns to shop!

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email help@madcoastal.com so we can address the issue. We appreciate it!

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Unfortunately orders are unable to be changed once submitted.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?

Our products are made to order in locations around the world from materials sourced all over the world. Products may vary based on production location, which can in turn vary with each order based on availability and demand, to final assembly location.

How do I make sure I order the correct size?

Please use the size tables where included in the product description for the most accurate sizing!
